I hope that you have been able to take your children to the library each week. Many libraries have reading incentives. Some are as simple as stickers and others as extravagant as free amusement park tickets. This can be a great way to save money and keep kids busy on the hot summer days.
When you are reading be sure not to forget about the comprehension, spelling and other subjects. Use children's interest to lead them into a life of reading. Since reading and reading comprehension is directly linked to a successful life, I hope that you and your family continue to read throughout the year.
